Tina Paulette (Hollifield) Ayers

Tina Paulette Hollifield Ayers, age 61, Erwin, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, while she was surrounded by her family at her parents’ home. She is a daughter of Paul and Reba Jaynes Hollifield. Paulette was born in Marion, North Carolina on November 9, 1960, and she lived most of her life in Erwin.

She was formerly employed at Red Kapp Industries where she operated an Embroidery Machine. Paulette was of the Christian Faith.  She loved to shop and enjoyed decorating her home. Paulette was very creative and liked making crafts for her family.

In addition to her parents, Paul and Reba Hollifield, she leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughter, Nikki Willis and husband, Lyle, Unicoi; one grandson, Gavin Willis; two sisters: Kathy Shelton and husband, Reverend Craig, Flag Pond, Christine Hughes and husband, Richard, Erwin; nieces: Candance Simerely (Jon), Amanda Hollifield, Kendall Muhn (Daniel) and Camille Boccia (Lex); great nieces: Kylee Muhn, Keri Muhn, Journey Simerely, Johanna Simerely, Ziya Boccia and Eszie Boccia.

A private family visitation and service will be held with Reverend Craig Shelton officiating. Committal will be held at Roselawn Memory Gardens.
