Sharon Anne (Ebernickel) Bailey

Sharon Anne Bailey, age 67, Erwin, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021 at her residence. She is a daughter of the late Francis and Eula Mae Nicholson Ebernickel.

Sharon loved the Lord. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and playing games on her iPad. Sharon loved taking care of her children and grandchildren.

Sharon leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of forty-seven years, Richard “Rick” Bailey; her children: Nevada Bailey and wife, Crystal, Tania Tipton and significant other, Tim Woodfin, Johnathon Wiederaenders; two brothers: Francis Ebernickel and Danny Ebernickel; four sisters: Charlene Johnson, Lila Wiersma, June Bailey, and Connie Hicks; five grandchildren: Alyssa, Tesla, and Nikki Bailey, KC and Vanessa Tipton; three great grandchildren: Olivia, Natalie, and Willow Tipton; several nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends from 5:30-6:30 PM Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Erwin First Pentecostal Holiness Church. Memorial service will follow at 6:30 PM with Rev. Charles David Byrd officiating. The family asks that those attending wear no formal attire, just come as you would as if you were coming to visit Sharon in her home.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we request that all who attend the services wear a mask or face covering and observe all social distancing guidelines.
