Seth Michael Price

Seth Price, age 24, of Coffee Ridge Community, Erwin, passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2021. He was a life-long resident of Unicoi County and the son of Vic and Nancy Silvers Price.

Seth was a certified diesel mechanic and loved working on diesel engines. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting skeets and hanging out with all his friends. Seth attended Faith Baptist Church.

Seth was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Buster and Amanda Price; maternal grandmother, Rellie Silvers; uncle, Mike Silvers; several other aunts and uncles on his father’s side.

In addition to his parents, Vic and Nancy Price, Seth leaves behind to cherish his memory, one sister, Amy Self and husband, Jason of Glade Springs, VA; one nephew, Jensen Self; maternal grandfather, Harrison Silvers; special relative and mentor, Uncle Greg Buck; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many special friends who loved spending time on the mountain with him.

The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 PM Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Faith Baptist Church, 2370 Temple Hill Road, Erwin. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM. Rev. Daniel Norton and Rev. Homer Tweed will officiate. Pallbearers will be Johnathan Silvers, Zack Penner, Matt Penner, Matt Anderson, Jordan Lynn, and Chris Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be the A-team from Faith Baptist Church: Kevin Tipton, Harley Hensley, Donnie Hensley, Danny Casey, Anthony Effler, and Chris Williams, Sr.

Following the funeral service, Seth will be laid to rest at his favorite place behind the family home, in Seth Price Family Cemetery.
