Rhonda Joy (Orren) Welch

Rhonda Joy Orren Welch, age 67, Erwin, passed away on Sunday, August 04, 2024. She was a native of Unicoi County and daughter of the late Jack and Irene Foster Orren.

In addition to her parents, Rhonda was preceded in death by one brother, Teddy junior Orren and one sister, Rita Marlene Pickering.

Rhonda leaves behind to cherish many precious memories, three brothers: Jeff Orren, Billy Orren, Freddie Orren; one sister, Jackie Orren Randolph; several nieces and nephews.
