Heather Briana Arnold Bowman, age 46, of Chuckey, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 29, 2024. She is a daughter of David Arnold and Susie Foster Arnold. Heather lived most of her life in Upper East Tennessee.
Heather was a loving mother and wife who was the backbone of their family. She was a devoted Army wife who was a great source of strength and encouragement to her husband while he was in Afghanistan. Heather was a beautiful soul with a contagious smile and great sense of humor. She had a bold, outgoing personality and she never met a stranger. Heather was a strong and fearless woman.
She loved animals and Heather was a devoted animal advocate. Heather served as the Animal Control Officer in Unicoi County for two years. She had her own pet grooming and boarding business. Also, Heather raised chickens.
In addition to her parents, David Arnold and Susie Foster Arnold, Heather leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of twenty-five years, Robert Bowman; her son, Michael Bowman; one sister, Alexandria Demetri Arnold Shell and one nephew, Ethan Shell.
A private family service will be held for Heather.
