Ellen Elizabeth Frogge Herrin, age 70, of Johnson City, passed away on Saturday, May 02, 2026, at her residence. She was a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina before moving to Johnson City in 1999.

Ellen was a loving and devoted wife who enjoyed cooking and flowers.

Ellen leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of twenty-seven years, Mimz Herrin, II; her two stepchildren: Crystal Vitale (Dominick) of Hampton and Mimz Herrin, III (Aimee) of Johnson City; grandchildren: Summer Brook Burrow, Ashley Annamarie Herrin, Kaitlin Spears, and Matthew Vitale; great grandchildren: Skilyn Burrow and Natalie Burrow.

Private services will be held for Ellen.
